For founders and operators at critical product, software and AI decision points.

I help clarify what to build, how to build it, and how to turn it into shipped systems with real business value.

01 — Practice

Four practices, one operator's mind.

Most consultancies stop at the slide deck. Most software agencies stop at the build. Galaxy IT Consulting defines the right thing to do; Cloud9devs brings the engineering, product and AI capability to ship it. I lead engagements personally where my background creates leverage — ambiguous product decisions, early technical direction, AI use cases, go-to-market questions, founder-level decisions or complex stakeholder environments.

01Practice

Software product & engineering

End-to-end software product development for companies that need more than capacity. We help teams move from unclear requirements to working software, with a strong focus on product clarity, architecture, delivery quality and commercial usefulness.

  • Web applications, platforms and internal systems
  • Mobile applications and customer-facing products
  • APIs, integrations and multi-system workflows
  • SaaS product development and platform architecture
  • Product discovery, technical planning and delivery execution
  • Engineering support, team augmentation and fractional technical leadership
  • Production hardening, observability, performance and maintainability

Outcome

Best fit: companies that need a senior product and engineering partner, not just developers by the hour.

02Practice

AI agents & automation

AI systems designed to do real work inside real businesses. I am especially interested in AI as operational infrastructure: phone agents, internal copilots, workflow automation, document processing, structured decision support and tools that reduce repetitive work for teams.

  • Voice AI agents and conversational workflows
  • RAG-based assistants and knowledge-grounded copilots
  • AI-enabled back-office and operations automation
  • Document understanding, extraction and routing
  • Multi-step workflows connected to internal systems
  • Model selection, prompt architecture, evaluations and guardrails
  • AI pilots scoped tightly enough to become production systems

Outcome

Best fit: teams that want to move beyond "AI demos" and test whether a real workflow can be automated, accelerated or redesigned.

03Practice

Product, strategy & go-to-market

Commercial strategy informed by having actually built, sold and operated products. I have worked across product management, CEO-level responsibility, marketing, ERP and enterprise software sales, early-stage venture and agency leadership — that combination connects product decisions with revenue reality.

  • Product strategy and roadmap design
  • Market positioning and narrative
  • Pricing and packaging
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Partner-led and sales-led motions
  • Enterprise sales preparation and stakeholder mapping
  • Pitch decks, investor narratives and commercial due diligence

Outcome

Best fit: founders and operators who need a practical strategy that can be executed by the team, not a polished document that sits in a folder.

04Practice

Founder advisory & venture support

A practical advisory seat for founders who need honest thinking, not generic coaching. Through my work with Silicon Gardens and Startup Slovenia, I have supported early-stage founders across SaaS, AI, consumer, hardware and deep-tech contexts.

  • Workshops and masterclasses on AI, Web3 and software development for teams and leadership
  • Fundraising narrative and pitch refinement
  • Product prioritisation and focus
  • Go-to-market and early sales motion
  • Founder operating cadence
  • Hiring and team structure
  • Board and investor communication
  • Strategic sparring when the obvious answer is not enough

Outcome

Best fit: founders who want direct, operator-level feedback from someone who has sat in product, CEO, investor, sales and engineering-adjacent roles.

02 — Approach

How a typical engagement runs.

Every engagement should answer three questions quickly: what is the real problem, what should we do about it, and can we execute it properly? I prefer focused engagements, transparent scope and fast evidence. The goal is not to create dependency — it is to help you make better decisions, ship better systems and build internal momentum.

  1. Phase 0

    Diagnostic

We start by understanding the real situation: product, users, team, codebase, systems, constraints, commercial goals and internal politics. Output: a clear problem statement, key risks and constraints, an initial opportunity assessment and a recommendation on whether and how to proceed. This phase is designed to prevent expensive work on the wrong problem.

  2. Phase 1

    Strategy & plan

Once the problem is clear, we define the path. For product and engineering work, that means architecture, scope, delivery plan, team setup and cost estimate. For strategy or GTM work, it means positioning, commercial logic, sequencing, experiments and execution priorities. Output: a product or technical plan, delivery roadmap, commercial blueprint, decision-grade documentation and clear next steps. No theatre. No 80-slide strategy deck unless the business actually needs one.

  3. Phase 2

    Build & ship

Cloud9devs executes with the right combination of engineering, design, product management and AI capability. We work in short delivery cycles, keep communication direct and make progress visible. The goal is not just to ship features, but to ship something that works for users, operators and the business. Output: working software, documented architecture and decisions, regular demos, production readiness where required, and handover material for the internal team.

  4. Phase 3

    Operate & compound

Once the product, system or strategy is live, we either step back, support the internal team, or continue in a more focused advisory or technical role. The best version of a Cloud9devs engagement is one where the client becomes stronger, not more dependent. Output: maintenance or improvement cadence, fractional technical or product leadership, ongoing AI/product iteration, and support for scaling, hiring or handover.

Operating principles

Outcomes over outputs
I care about systems shipped, risks reduced, revenue unlocked, hours saved and decisions made — not just tasks completed.
Senior thinking from day one
You do not need another layer of account management. You need people who understand the problem and can move it forward.
Written by default
Good work leaves a trace: memos, architecture notes, assumptions, decisions, plans and handover material.
Honest scoping
If the problem is smaller than expected, I will say so. If it is bigger, I will say so before we pretend otherwise.
Technical and commercial in the same room
Software decisions are business decisions. Business decisions are often technical constraints in disguise.
Slovenia-based, internationally minded
Cloud9devs is based in Slovenia and works with clients across Europe and the US.

Engage · scope · ship

Most teams do not need more ideas.
They need better decisions — and the discipline to ship them.

03 — Engagement model

Two ways to work with me.

Most engagements fall into one of two shapes — a focused workshop or a longer-running advisory and delivery engagement. Both start with a short discovery call so we can decide what actually moves the needle.

Mode AHalf-day · Full-day · Multi-day

Workshops & masterclasses

On-site or remote, for teams or leadership

Hands-on, opinionated workshops for teams that want to move from "we should do something with this" to a concrete plan. I run sessions on AI agents and automation, Web3 and on-chain product, modern software development, product strategy and AI-native go-to-market.

  • AI for operators — agents, copilots, automation, evals
  • Web3 product fundamentals — wallets, tokens, on-chain UX
  • Modern software development — architecture, AI-assisted engineering, delivery
  • Product, GTM and founder operating workshops

Outcome

Teams leave with shared language, a working point of view and a prioritised list of next moves.

Mode B4 weeks · 3 months · ongoing

Advisory & delivery engagements

Advisory seat, fractional role, or full Cloud9devs delivery

Longer engagements where I take a real seat at the table — as advisor, fractional product/technical leader, or via a Cloud9devs team that designs, builds and ships. Suited to companies with a real decision to make, an inflection to navigate, or a system to put into production.

  • Founder & exec advisory (product, AI, GTM, fundraising)
  • Fractional product or technical leadership
  • AI pilots scoped to become production systems
  • Software product development end-to-end via Cloud9devs

Outcome

Decisions made, systems shipped, internal capability stronger — without permanent dependency on me.

Not sure which fits? Send me what you're working on — I'll tell you honestly which mode (if any) makes sense. Start a conversation

05 — About

Product builder at heart. Operator by trade. Investor on the side.

A career intentionally built across product, engineering, sales, marketing and venture — but the through-line is product.

I am a product builder at heart. Everything else — strategy, engineering, sales, advisory — is in service of shipping products that work for real users and real businesses. That is what I optimise for, and that is the lens I bring to every engagement.

Galaxy IT Consulting is my independent advisory practice — strategy, product, AI and founder-level sparring. Cloud9devs is the software, product and AI studio that takes those decisions into production: engineering, design, AI agents and delivery for clients like PrizePicks, SecureFrame, Mountain Green and Cashews Finance.

I previously served as CEO of Cashews Finance through end of 2024 — a US-focused personal finance app connected to 13,000+ financial institutions, recognised on Product Hunt as #3 Fintech Product of the Year 2023 and twice #1 Product of the Day. I had earlier led it from MVP through public launch as Product & Marketing Manager.

I also invest as an LP at Silicon Gardens and mentor founders through Startup Slovenia. Earlier in my career I worked in ERP and enterprise software (sales and consulting) and ran product & marketing for VRmadillo Studio's Steam launch.

That mix is the point. I am not a pure consultant, pure engineer, pure investor or pure salesperson. Galaxy IT Consulting and Cloud9devs exist for situations where the answer is not just "build more software", "raise more money" or "change the positioning" — but a sharper product decision, executed properly.

06 — Contact

If this resonates, let's talk.

Most good engagements start with a direct conversation. Tell me what you are building, what is stuck, or what decision you are trying to make. I will tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I cannot, I will try to point you toward someone who can.

Good fits

  • Founders who need product, technical or GTM clarity
  • Operators facing a software, AI or scaling inflection
  • Companies that need a senior software and product partner
  • Funds that need practical technical and commercial perspective
  • Enterprises exploring AI use cases that must survive real procurement and operations
  • Teams that want strategy and execution connected from day one
  • Companies booking workshops on AI, Web3 or software development for their teams or leadership

Probably not a fit

  • Pure body-shopping without a defined outcome
  • Strategy work that is meant to end only in slides
  • Projects where the decision has already been made and the goal is only validation
  • AI pilots with no owner, no workflow and no path to production
  • Work where speed matters more than truth
